Worldwide Shipping

We ship internationally using globally recognized courier and secure transport companies including:

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • EMS / USPS

  • Malca-Amit

  • Ferrari Group

  • Brinks

  • and other specialized logistics providers depending on the destination and shipment type.

Every shipment is packed securely and handled with care according to the value and nature of the gemstones being transported.

Processing Time

Once a client confirms a purchase from our website, full payment must be completed before shipment is arranged.

After payment confirmation:

  • Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 3 business days.

  • Airway bill (AWB) and tracking details will be shared immediately once the shipment is booked.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on destination country, customs procedures, and courier schedules.

Free Shipping Policy

We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on orders above USD 5,000.

Eligible orders may be shipped via trusted courier services such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS/USPS, or equivalent providers selected according to the destination and shipment requirements.

Specialized Secure Shipping

For high-value gemstones, clients may request premium secure logistics services through companies such as:

  • Malca-Amit

  • Ferrari Group

  • Brinks

These services are available at the client’s expense unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Import Duties & Taxes

Clients are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local taxes imposed by their country.

Pamir Gems is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or local regulations.

Two-Week Hassle-Free Return Policy

We want every client to purchase with confidence.

If the gemstone received does not meet expectations based on the images or presentation shown on our website, we offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy.

Return Conditions

  • The client must notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • The gemstone must be returned in its original, unused, and fully undamaged condition.

  • Once the gemstone is received and inspected by our team, a full refund will be issued.

For approved returns under this policy:

  • Pamir Gems will provide a complimentary return shipment arrangement.

  • Refunds are processed after the gemstone successfully passes inspection and is confirmed to be in 100% original condition.

Memo Shipments

Memo shipments are available only to existing clients and trusted professional partners approved by Pamir Gems.

Memo Shipment Terms

  • If the gemstones are sold, Pamir Gems will cover the shipment service fees.

  • If the gemstones are returned, the client is responsible for:

    • both-way shipping charges,

    • insurance fees,

    • import/export duties or taxes if applicable.

In most cases, Temporary Import Bond (TIB) shipments returning back to us are generally not subject to import taxes, though regulations may vary by country.

Shipping Liability

All shipments are carefully documented and packed before dispatch.

Once a shipment has been handed over to the courier or transport company, delivery responsibility is governed by the selected carrier’s terms and insurance coverage.

Clients are encouraged to inspect packages immediately upon arrival and notify us promptly if any issue occurs during transit.
